Bought Saturday, collected Sunday, all very organised and all in order, Jay was great, Swift service, the right car with the right spec at the right price. What else is there to say ?

Had a really good experience with A1 Ortos when I bought my car from them last week. It is all ways a stressful experience when buying a car, but I have to say Luke was brilliant and very patient. Luke went out of is way to make sure we had the right experience from sorting out all the paperwork and contacting me at home a couple of days later to make sure the car was ok. I am really happy with the car and would definitely use A1 Ortos again. Thanks again Luke and Tom.

I purchased an Audi A6 from A1 Ortos at the beginning of December '21. It wasn't the ideal time to be buying a car in the lead up to Christmas, but my hand was forced by a failing old rust bucket that was uneconomical to repair.

Having only purchased cars from private sellers for cash before I was a little worried about falling for the old used car dealer stereotypes, but one glance around the showroom reveals the high calibre of vehicles they stock, which gave me confidence that they wouldn't sell me a lemon. Tom was great, he accommodated a test drive without issue; I had finance pre-arranged and he worked with that company to ensure things went smoothly; And he kept in touch with me through the whole process to ensure I was updated at every step.

Despite being a 2013 model, so nearly 9 years old, the car looks and feels brand new and was very well prepared prior to collection. I've put a couple of hundred miles on it so far without a single squeak or rattle (it goes like a rocket too), all the paperwork, owners manuals and locking wheel nut are present and correct.

So overall I'm a very happy customer, and I'm looking forward to taking the car on a road trip to do the North Coast 500 in summer '22.

I saw a Mercedes c class coup advertised at a1 ortos and was immediately interested. I gave them a call and daz the salesman couldn't have been more helpful . Every question I could ask was catered for and I was even provided with a video walk around . I felt well looked after from start to finish as the service provided was second to none . Purchased a BMW 420D Gran Coupe from A1 Ortos, trading my car in the process. Dealing with Darren from start to finish he made the whole process really simple and kept me informed throughout.
No stereotypical used car sales man speak in this garage. Quite clear from first point of contact they thrive on providing great customer service and listen to their customers requirements to tailor the conversation appropriately.
Also worth mentioning A1 Ortos took my car and settled the outstanding finance - which enabled a quicker exchange of vehicles.
All in all delighted with my new car, an absolute pleasure to drive and well worth the 5 hour round-trip to get it!

Darren have been a pleasure to deal with. Phone call was all it took to arrange a deal, part ex and finance plans. On the day of picking up the car, we had some issues with the value of prt ex but Darren managed to go the extra mile to find a middle ground that worked for both of us. The car itself is lovely, well described and well prepped for our arrival. All in all a pleasant experience and worth the 250 mile round trip to pick up the car.

This is my first car bought and definitely was one of the best experiences I had. I am very pleased with my purchase and choice of car. The staff at A1 Ortos are so kind and professionally, helped me in every way possible to make my purchase as easy as possible. Specially Dylan was amazing and handled it all from the beginning to end. He made the full process smooth and I got my desired car. Even after purchase I am still in contact with them as I have extended warranty and they are always happy to help me and answer any questions.

Bought E pace jaguar from A1 ortos...looked around a lot for the right car and found this one by chance...went down to have a look and purchased that day..we were looked after by Darren who couldnt have been more helpful..he sorted everything out for us..even changing over our private number plate to the new car..the customer service didnt end there ..there was a small issue that needed sorting and we are in the process of getting it sorted with great communication from Darren..
it's a really friendly place and all the staff were helpful..the cars all have a little something special that makes them stand out form other dealers we looked at..we would definitely recommend

Extensive range of prestige low mileage cars. Great service from Dilan Puzey from viewing, making the deal and hand over - even posted the media SD card and our conservatory key that I'd inadvertantly left in glovebox.
