Had a really good experience with A1 Ortos when I bought my car from them last week. It is all ways a stressful experience when buying a car, but I have to say Luke was brilliant and very patient. Luke went out of is way to make sure we had the right experience from sorting out all the paperwork and contacting me at home a couple of days later to make sure the car was ok. I am really happy with the car and would definitely use A1 Ortos again. Thanks again Luke and Tom.

I purchased an Audi A6 from A1 Ortos at the beginning of December '21. It wasn't the ideal time to be buying a car in the lead up to Christmas, but my hand was forced by a failing old rust bucket that was uneconomical to repair.

Having only purchased cars from private sellers for cash before I was a little worried about falling for the old used car dealer stereotypes, but one glance around the showroom reveals the high calibre of vehicles they stock, which gave me confidence that they wouldn't sell me a lemon. Tom was great, he accommodated a test drive without issue; I had finance pre-arranged and he worked with that company to ensure things went smoothly; And he kept in touch with me through the whole process to ensure I was updated at every step.

Despite being a 2013 model, so nearly 9 years old, the car looks and feels brand new and was very well prepared prior to collection. I've put a couple of hundred miles on it so far without a single squeak or rattle (it goes like a rocket too), all the paperwork, owners manuals and locking wheel nut are present and correct.

So overall I'm a very happy customer, and I'm looking forward to taking the car on a road trip to do the North Coast 500 in summer '22.

Great buying experience, Luke was very helpful and there was no pressure or pushy sales. Only popped in as we were passing and looking to change my wifes car. Luke listened to what my wife was looking for and showed us a Boxster. Really well presented and was spotless inside and out. Was left to look at the car in our own time before placing a deposit. Car was new in and coming off a cherished registration. Luke and Dilon kept me up to date and ensured it was sorted so we could enjoy the car. It was an easy and pleasent buying experience - completely different to some car supermarket places we had visited in the past. Had the car 6 weeks now and no issues whatsoever.

The only comment I would have is the car only had 1 key, and for 3 weeks I as the customer had to chase whereabouts of the second key. I do now have it, so it wouldn't deter me from buying from A1 Ortos again.

Bought E pace jaguar from A1 ortos...looked around a lot for the right car and found this one by chance...went down to have a look and purchased that day..we were looked after by Darren who couldnt have been more helpful..he sorted everything out for us..even changing over our private number plate to the new car..the customer service didnt end there ..there was a small issue that needed sorting and we are in the process of getting it sorted with great communication from Darren..
